NOTE: There is no return on Serena and Lily's products. If an item is defective, we will replace it without charge.

We stand behind our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns of product unused and in its original packaging if mailed to us within 15 days of its delivery date. We will issue a credit or refund for all returned merchandise that is in pristine/saleable condition. In the event that you need to return merchandise, please email returns@serenaandlily.com for a Return Authorization number. Returned merchandise cannot be processed without an RA Number. Please reference your Order ID# in your email. Alternatively, you may call Customer Service at 1.800.677.8611 for an RA number. To return merchandise, please mark your package with the RA Number you have been issued, pack well, and ship the merchandise to: Serena & Lily Returns 405 Coloma St. Sausalito CA 94965 Serena & Lily is not responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of returned goods, Serena and Lily reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise is damaged/unsaleable or does not meet return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment only, and Serena and Lily does not refund outbound shipping/freight charges for orders shipped as ordered. Returned orders will carry a $20 restocking fee If you decide to refuse delivery from Serena & Lily, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to us. Please note that Serena & Lily does not accept returns on: Fabric Yardage, Custom Sewing, Gliders, Ottomans or Headboards.
