RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any Argington product, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange within the first 10 days of the delivery date. All return will be sent back to Argington. We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original condition with all original packaging material and literature, tags, or manuals.Argington has the final approval for all refunds and exchanges. All requests for refundsand exchanges must be made via email. We do not accept voice mail messages as formal requests for returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on return items, unless the product is deemed to be defective prior to original shipment, in which case we will reimburse the customer for the shipping costs. In case of return, we recommend that you ship FedEx ground or Insured Parcel Post to ship returns to us. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for the items received. Refunds will be refunded in the method we received payment.
DAMAGED ITEMS
It is a terrible disappointment to receive a damaged item. However, the items are packaged properly and with care. It is possible that some transit-related damagesmight occur. It is important that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives.
In order to receive replacement merchandise for a damaged item, you must notify us of the damages within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. The customer must also return damaged merchandise in the original condition with all original packaging materials.
