Returns and Exchanges
At Nursery In Style, we stand behind our products, and believe that quality merchandise and service are most important. We try to keep our customers happy with every purchase, and work to resolve any issues that might arise. General Return Guidelines:

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of receipt. All Returns with Free shipping and larger items will be charge a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to item description for specific return/exchange policy.

All returns or exchange for Cariboo, SVAN, Jennifer Delonge, Monarch, Nurseryworks, OFFI, there will be a 15% restocking plus shipping fee.

All returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which is supplied to customer by us. We will refuse shipment if there is no RMA or the returned package does not conform to the requirements above.

Shipping fee is nonrefundable for any return. When a customer orders an item and receives the free shipping service, any or all items returned will be subjected to the original shipping charge; therefore the shipping portion will be charged to the customer (and/or any restocking fee if applicable), minus the items being returned. Customers are responsible for any return shipping.

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the return shipping to us, but we will pay for the shipment of the new merchandise to you.

No unauthorized returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Please have your invoice number ready if you call, or if you choose to email us, please include your invoice number in the email along with the reason for your return or exchange. We will be prompt with an answer and solution to your concerns.
